All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once the required deposit has
been received.
2. Deposit Policy
A deposit may be required to secure appointments. Deposits are non-refundable, however
they may be credited toward a future booking if the appointment is rescheduled with at
least 24 hours notice.
3. Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled
appointment time. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
4. Late Arrivals
Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling of the appointment
depending on availability.
5. Vehicle Condition Disclosure
Customers must inform F90 Auto Detailing of any pre-existing damage, repaint work, wraps,
or sensitive surfaces before the service. Undisclosed issues may affect the service outcome.
Quoted prices are based on the condition of the vehicle provided during booking. Vehicles
requiring excessive cleaning (heavy dirt, stains, pet hair, biohazards, etc.) may incur
additional charges.
7. Personal Belongings
Customers are required to remove all personal belongings from the vehicle before the
appointment. F90 Auto Detailing is not responsible for lost or damaged items left inside the
vehicle.

Vehicles treated with ceramic coatings should not be washed for 7 days after
application unless otherwise advised. During this curing period, avoid exposure to harsh
PPF installations may take up to 7 days to fully cure. Minor bubbles or haze may appear
during this time and typically disappear as the film settles. Customers should avoid washing
the vehicle or applying pressure to film edges during the curing period.
5. Environmental Exposure
F90 Auto Detailing is not responsible for environmental contamination after the vehicle
leaves the premises. This includes damage caused by bird droppings, tree sap, water
spotting, road tar, chemical fallout, or stone chips.
Protection products such as waxes, sealants, and coatings require regular maintenance to
perform effectively. Longevity may vary depending on vehicle usage, environmental
conditions, and maintenance practices.
7. Warranty Limitations
Any warranties provided apply only when vehicles are maintained according to
recommended care guidelines. Failure to follow these guidelines may void warranty
coverage.
Automatic car washes and harsh brushes may damage protective coatings, PPF edges, or
methods.
9. Liability After Collection
Once the vehicle has been collected, F90 Auto Detailing is not responsible for any damage,
